A Yummy Way To Fall Asleep

After a very restless night I decided it was time to share this recipe with you, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, I'll be having some tonight!

What you'll need milk, sugar, nutmeg and a splash of vanilla extract[optional].

1. Heat the milk up until hot.

2. Pour into a mug.

3. Add the sugar, nutmeg and Vanilla .....and stir.

4. Drink and enjoy

I like to drink this right after a nice long hot bath and/or while I am curled up with a good book.
